Shocking Incident on Jaipur-Mumbai Train: RPF Jawan Kills Four, Including Colleague and Passengers

Mumbai, India: A tragic incident unfolded on a train journey from Jaipur to Mumbai when a Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan, identified as Constable Chetan Singh, opened fire, resulting in the deaths of four people. The victims included three passengers and one RPF Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI).

The Horrific Encounter

The dreadful event occurred on Monday around 5 am between Vapi and Borivali Stations. Constable Chetan Singh used his official automatic weapon to shoot his colleague, ASI Tika Ram Meena, who was in charge of escort duty. Tragically, ASI Tika Ram Meena, hailing from Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur, lost his life in the incident.

Passenger Tragedy

In addition to the ASI, three innocent passengers also fell victim to the jawan’s senseless shooting spree. The train, en route from Jaipur to Mumbai, witnessed this horrifying turn of events.

Arrest and Police Statement

After the shocking incident, the constable was apprehended by the police at Mira Road. The Borivali Police released a statement, sharing the details of the encounter and informing the public about the arrest.
