April 30, 2024: In a recent meeting in Pune, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s critique of Sharad Pawar, a prominent figure in Maharashtra politics, has sparked a flurry of reactions. Modi’s veiled reference to ‘wandering souls’ in Maharashtra, hinting at political instability, prompted a direct response from Pawar himself.
Addressing Modi’s remarks, Pawar stated, “Yes, I am a wandering soul, I will be restless for the people a hundred times.” This bold assertion by Pawar underscored his commitment to addressing the concerns of the people, particularly focusing on issues like farmer distress and inflation.
