The star-studded event not only showcased the glamorous side of Bollywood but also honored the outstanding contributions of artists in various categories.

The ceremony kicked off with a captivating curtain raiser, setting the tone for an evening filled with excitement and celebration. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s directorial masterpiece, “12th Fail,” which took home the prestigious Best Movie award. The film not only impressed the audience but also secured multiple accolades in various categories.

Among the winners, Ranbir Kapoor shone bright, bagging the Best Actor award for his exceptional performance in “Animal,” while Alia Bhatt claimed the title of Best Actress for her role in “Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.” The Critics’ Choice awards were no less competitive, with Vikrant Messi earning acclaim for “12th Fail” and Rani Mukherjee and Shefali Shah recognized for their exceptional performances.

The event also saw talent recognized behind the scenes, with awards for Best Director going to Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Best Story to Amit Rai for “OMG 2,” and Best Cinematography to Avinash Arun Dhware for “Three of Us.”

The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to the legendary David Dhawan, acknowledging his remarkable contribution to Indian cinema.
